Akcje z sektoru nieruchomości ( ang. Real Estate) mają mocny start w 2020 roku.  Fundusze inwestujce w akcje z sektora nieruchomości są popularnie nazywane REIT-y.

I tak na przykład patrząc na jeden z takich funduszy: fundusz Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund o tickerze: XLRE, widzimy, iż osiągając poziom ceny 40,50 USD, tym samym przełamał ostatni poziom szczytu. Aktualnie notowania znajdują się na poziomie 41,00 USD co jest historycznnie najwyższym poziomem.

Warte uwagi, iż od początku tego roku fundusz ten zyskał na wartości więcej aniżeli szeroki rynek mierzony za pomocą indeksu SP500. Czyli do 11 lutego fundusz wzrósł 5,74%, natomiast indeks SP500 zyskał na wartości 3,93%. Taki wynik plasuje fundusz w czołówce spośród wszystkich funduszy akcyjnych, licząc od początku 2020.

Niemniej należy pamiętać, iż ostatnie wzrosty sprowadziły instrument w rejony mocnego wykupienia, co zwiększa prawdopodobieństwo wystąpienia korekty notowań.
